Just some stuff that really struck me after watching the Microsoft Build 2014 conference.
1) What the hell did they do with the Store...
It looks horrible, like extremely horribly catastrophic... The idea is fine, but what happened to the padding and spacing? The "Store" title is squashed does not have any spacing at all with the top of the phone/bar. It looks so out of place and stuck up why did they put it like that, where the breading and padding and ...logic. Especially when you look at everything else under that has super huge spacing, what the hell. And worst, when you scroll there is literally no spacing around the title, it's just there sandwiched wondering what did he do to get a poor treatment like that. They killed the spacing, breathing aspect and alignment in the store...
2) Wearables
Okay I am not holding my breath in any way for my Google Glass to be Windows Phone compatible -duh. But man, I love my Pebble. Let me rephrase that, I love having my notifications right on my wrist and there is zero announcements about anything like that. Pebble compatibility, another mystery manufacturer or even a Microsoft built watch. None. Since I'm using a Nexus 5 (Awesome red/orange) I unfortunately decided to try out a Pebble and I can't look back...
3) Jen Taylor and always please!
Guys, sometimes we get Jen Taylor's A.K.A Cortana's voice correctly and sometimes we get a Siri-like crap... Please put her voice nice, beautiful and clear throughout.
Last thing, CooconJS would be awesome for Windows Phone, but that's the me developper!
Can't wait to get the Lumia 930 and use Cortana!
